The Legacy Pre-Kindergarten Program provides a safe, structured, caring, and enriching program led by trained and experienced staff. Our program aligns with the Arizona Department of Education’s Early Learning and students participate in fun, educational activities designed to prepare your child for success in Kindergarten. Our program will prepare your child for kindergarten with hands-on activities, amazing teachers and a superior curriculum.

Monday-Friday
7:00am-3:10pm

Extended Day (Select Campuses Only)
3:10pm-6:00pm

🍎 Meals & Nutrition: 
Included in full-day tuition:
Breakfast (served prior to 8:00 am in the Pre-K classrooms)
Morning snack
Lunch (delivered from the school cafeteria and eaten in Pre-K classrooms)

Please note: Legacy Traditional Pre-Kindergarten is not an allergy-free school or a nut-free school. Parents may send their children to Pre-Kindergarten with a packed breakfast, lunch and/or snack.

🟡Before Submitting Your Contract Request
Please ensure: 

• You select the correct campus
• You select the correct school year
• You select the correct program according to your child's age

Enrollment requests are processed in the order received. Approval is not immediate and may take up to two weeks during peak enrollment periods. Students are not automatically re-enrolled each school year. A new contract request must be submitted each school year. 

Please note: 2025-26 School year Enrollment will be closed Monday, February 23rd-Friday, February 27th 

🔹Age Eligibility
Students must meet the following age requirements for enrollment: 
3 Year Old Program: Child must be 3 years old on or before August 31 of the enrolling school year
4 Year Old Program: Child must be 4 years old on or before August 31 of the enrolling school year

Children must enroll in the program aligned with their age eligibility. 

🔔Withdrawal Policy
To ensure proper staffing and classroom continuity, a 10 business day notice is required to withdraw from the program.
Tuition will continue during the notice period. Notice must be submitted prior to the requested withdrawal date.

🔒 All tuition rates, fees, schedules, policies, program offerings, and availability are subject to change. 

There is a non-refundable registration fee processed upon contract approval.
