Enrollment for the Pre-K program is currently handled by the campus directly-if you were not provided with a link by the campus to enroll, do not submit here. You will need to start the enrollment with the campus and only when they provide you with the link to enroll, can you submit. 

Make sure to select the correct campus when submitting your Pre-K contract request.
